Our Services

Walk-in to our inviting bakery and take a look at what we have to offer in our case. We offer pastries such as pillowy Asian milk bun style cinnamon rolls, sticky caramel pecan buns, flaky buttermilk biscuits, brown butter signature chocolate chip cookies, carrot cupcakes with homemade toffee and so so much more.

We offer delightful from-scratch made cakes and cupcakes for any occasion. Our cakes are made with homemade fillings such as fresh fruit jam, chocolate truffle ganache, and kettle-cooked toffee bits. We use Swiss meringue buttercream for a not-too-sweet, but delightfully smooth finish, as well as delicately sweetened cream cheese frostings. Although we primarily offer traditional cakes containing wheat and dairy, we do offer a selection of gluten-free and dairy-free/vegan cakes as well.

We are happy to provide Rosie Mae's pastries to our coffee shop partners in Beaverton. You can find us at Lionheart Coffee, Sauvie Island Coffee, Piper's Cafe, 185th Produce and more. Please inquire if you're interested in working with us.
